Goalkeeper Rabson Chiyenda has been ruled out for two weeks due to thigh injury.

Chiyenda suffered a thigh injury during the Carlsberg Cup semi-final match against Masters Security at Civo Stadium on Saturday.

“He underwent examination on Wednesday at Beit Cure where he was found to have a groin grade 1 injury,” confirmed Bullets team doctor Felix Mwalule.

“He should be back on the training pitch probably on 23rd October,” added Mwalule.

Bullets are also without Righteous Banda for the same period after the left winger suffered an ankle sprain while on national duty as the Malawi national team was preparing for Friday’s Afcon qualifier against Cameroon.
